Our cottage is a flexible and welcoming space, perfect for groups of 2 to 12. Whether you're planning a quiet retreat to relax and recharge or celebrating a special occasion with family or friends, we’re happy to accommodate you.
The cottage has been recently refurbished and offers stunning views, peaceful walks, and total tranquillity—yet it’s just an 8-minute drive from the lively village of Carlingford. Inside, you'll find three beautifully styled bedrooms, a cosy sitting room, and a bright, inviting kitchen that’s perfect for gathering and sharing meals.
Outside, you can enjoy a covered outdoor area designed for all-weather comfort, featuring a Jacuzzi hot tub, pizza oven, BBQ, and a wood-burning stove. It’s an ideal spot for relaxing, dining, and making memories, no matter the season.

The Space:
The property includes:
Bedroom 1: One double bed (up to three single beds can be added on request)
Bedroom 2: One double bed (with an optional single bed on request)
Bedroom 3: Four single beds (a fifth can be added if needed)
You’ll also have access to a utility room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and sitting area, a bathroom, and the outdoor space with all its amenities.
Guest Access:
During your stay, the entire house, garden, outdoor area, and private parking are yours to enjoy. You’ll also have access to a private walkway that leads straight to the scenic trails of Slieve Foy Mountain. Please note, we charge per person so that singles, couples, and smaller groups can enjoy the space affordably.
